TERRAPLUG5 does not guarantee that every Charging Station shown on the Platform will always be available.
Charging compatibility is the responsibility of the user. Users must verify that their vehicle is compatible with the applicable charger, connector, charging standard and power rating before initiating a Charging Session.
TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for damage arising from the user’s failure to use a compatible vehicle, connector, adapter or charging equipment in accordance with applicable instructions.
TERRAPLUG5 may install or operate Charging Stations at Resident Welfare Associations, apartment communities, gated communities, residential societies, offices, corporate campuses, commercial buildings, fleet facilities, fleet depots, public parking facilities, private parking facilities, hotels, malls, hospitals, educational institutions, industrial premises, transport facilities, government or institutional premises and other locations permitted by the relevant owner or operator.
Access to a Charging Station may be public, private, restricted, membership-based, fleet-only, employee-only, resident-only, guest-only, invitation-based or otherwise subject to site-specific conditions.
TERRAPLUG5 may determine or implement access restrictions in accordance with the applicable commercial arrangement, site agreement or operating requirements.
TERRAPLUG5 does not guarantee that a particular site will remain available for charging for any minimum period unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where TERRAPLUG5 provides installation or charging infrastructure at a property controlled by a Site Host, the Site Host shall, as applicable, provide lawful authorization for installation and operation, provide reasonable access to the site, identify the authorized installation area, provide necessary approvals, permissions or NOCs within its control, provide accurate information regarding the premises and electrical infrastructure, disclose known safety, electrical, structural or access restrictions, provide or facilitate electricity connection or electrical load where the applicable commercial agreement places that responsibility on the Site Host, provide reasonable access for installation, inspection, repair and maintenance, refrain from intentionally obstructing or interfering with the Charging Station, ensure that parking spaces allocated for charging are used in accordance with agreed site rules, and comply with applicable property, building, fire, electrical, parking and other requirements applicable to the Site Host.
The Site Host shall promptly notify TERRAPLUG5 of any material change affecting the Charging Station, including changes to electrical infrastructure, ownership, access rights, parking arrangements, building management, security requirements or applicable permissions.
Where the Site Host does not have authority over the property, the Site Host shall obtain the required authorization from the lawful owner or competent authority before installation.
The specific responsibilities of TERRAPLUG5 and the Site Host may additionally be defined in a quotation, work order, proposal, MOU, service agreement, installation agreement or other commercial document. Where such document contains terms specifically applicable to the installation or operation, those terms shall govern to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms.
Installation may be subject to a site survey, technical assessment and feasibility evaluation.
TERRAPLUG5 may evaluate available electrical load, sanctioned load, electrical panel capacity, cabling requirements, earthing, safety conditions, parking configuration, charger location, civil work requirements, network connectivity, communication requirements, accessibility, applicable permissions and other technical or operational requirements.
A quotation or preliminary proposal does not constitute a guarantee that installation will be possible until the required technical and commercial conditions are satisfied.
Additional work discovered during installation may require a revised quotation or additional charges where such work falls outside the original agreed scope.
If information supplied by the Customer or Site Host is inaccurate or incomplete and this results in additional work, delay, redesign, additional cost or inability to complete installation, TERRAPLUG5 may revise the scope, timeline or charges accordingly.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Customer or Site Host shall be responsible for ensuring that the site is reasonably suitable and legally available for installation.
Depending upon the agreed scope, responsibilities may include electricity connection, sanctioned electrical load, meter and utility arrangements, civil works, trenching, structural works, electrical panels, cabling, earthing, protection devices, internet or network connectivity, parking allocation, access arrangements and required permissions.
Where TERRAPLUG5 agrees to provide any such item or service, the applicable scope and charges shall be specified in the relevant quotation, work order or agreement.
TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for defects, failures or losses arising from pre-existing site infrastructure, concealed electrical defects, inadequate sanctioned load, unsuitable wiring, improper earthing, unauthorized electrical modifications or other conditions outside the agreed scope of TERRAPLUG5.
TERRAPLUG5 may provide installation and commissioning services directly or through authorized contractors.
Installation completion may depend upon availability of equipment, site readiness, electricity availability, approvals, civil or electrical work, network connectivity, manufacturer requirements, third-party dependencies and other circumstances beyond TERRAPLUG5’s reasonable control.
Any estimated installation or delivery date is subject to these dependencies and shall not constitute a guaranteed completion date unless expressly agreed in writing.
A Charging Station shall be considered commissioned when TERRAPLUG5 or its authorized service provider reasonably determines that the agreed installation and commissioning activities have been completed, subject to any documented pending items.
Where a Customer continues to use the installed Charging Station after commissioning without raising a documented material installation defect within a reasonable period, such continued use may be treated as acceptance of the completed installation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Ownership of Hardware shall depend upon the applicable commercial arrangement.
A charger may be sold to a Customer, supplied under a lease or subscription arrangement, owned by TERRAPLUG5, owned by a Site Host, owned by a fleet or other Customer, provided under a revenue- sharing arrangement or otherwise governed by a separate agreement.
Installation of a charger at a Customer’s or Site Host’s premises does not by itself determine ownership.
Ownership shall be determined by the applicable invoice, quotation, purchase agreement, MOU, work order or other commercial documentation.
Where Hardware remains the property of TERRAPLUG5, the Customer or Site Host shall not sell, transfer, pledge, relocate, dismantle, modify or otherwise dispose of the Hardware without TERRAPLUG5’s prior written authorization.
Where TERRAPLUG5 operates or maintains Charging Stations, TERRAPLUG5 and its authorized personnel may access the relevant equipment and premises during reasonable times for installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, software updates, replacement, safety checks, troubleshooting, decommissioning and other legitimate operational purposes.
Emergency access may be required where reasonably necessary to protect persons, property, equipment or electrical infrastructure.
Where access is prevented or materially delayed by the Customer or Site Host, TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for resulting delays or service interruptions and may charge applicable additional costs where permitted under the applicable commercial arrangement.
A Charging Session may be initiated through the App, Platform, RFID, QR code, payment interface, automated mechanism or other method supported at the relevant Charging Station.
A Charging Session may terminate due to user action, vehicle action, charger controls, insufficient Wallet balance, payment failure, power interruption, network failure, charger malfunction, vehicle incompatibility, safety conditions, emergency conditions, scheduled maintenance, site restrictions or other technical or operational reasons.
Charging-session records generated by the Platform may be used for billing, customer support, dispute resolution, operational analysis and legal or accounting purposes.
TERRAPLUG5’s electronic transaction records may be relied upon for determining the occurrence, duration and applicable billing of a Charging Session, subject to applicable law and correction of demonstrated errors.
TERRAPLUG5 aims to provide reliable charging infrastructure but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Charging Stations may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, equipment failure, electrical outages, network connectivity problems, software issues, communication failures, vehicle- related problems, vandalism, weather or environmental conditions, site restrictions, utility restrictions, safety concerns, third-party failures or circumstances beyond TERRAPLUG5’s reasonable control.
TERRAPLUG5 may temporarily disable a Charging Station where it considers such action reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
Applicable charging prices, service charges, transaction fees, installation charges, Hardware prices, maintenance charges and other fees may be displayed on the Platform or communicated through a quotation or commercial agreement.
Prices may vary based on location, charger type, charging speed, electricity costs, service model, Customer category, fleet or commercial arrangement, applicable taxes, promotions, third-party network arrangements or other applicable factors.
Applicable taxes, government charges or statutory levies may be charged in addition to the displayed base price where applicable.
For installation, Hardware and business Services, the price stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or commercial agreement shall govern.
TERRAPLUG5 may correct obvious pricing or display errors, subject to applicable law.
TERRAPLUG5 may provide a Wallet facility through which users can add funds for eligible Services.
Wallet balances are intended for use toward eligible TERRAPLUG5 transactions and are not bank deposits or bank accounts. They do not earn interest unless expressly stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable transaction restrictions, verification, fraud-prevention measures and compliance checks.
TERRAPLUG5 may deduct applicable charging fees, service fees, taxes, transaction charges or other applicable amounts from the Wallet.
Promotional credits, bonuses, discounts or promotional balances may be subject to separate conditions and may not be refundable or transferable unless expressly stated or required by applicable law.
TERRAPLUG5 may restrict Wallet transactions where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, chargeback risk or legal or regulatory violations.
Wallet balances shall not be treated as a deposit, investment or financial product.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers or other payment service providers.
TERRAPLUG5 does not control third-party payment infrastructure and is not responsible for technical failures, bank declines, payment-network interruptions or delays caused by third-party payment providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.
You authorize TERRAPLUG5 and its authorized payment service providers to process payments for transactions initiated by you.
You must not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Any legitimate payment dispute may be raised with TERRAPLUG5 through the designated support channel.
Refund eligibility depends upon the nature of the transaction, applicable commercial terms and applicable law.
A user may contact TERRAPLUG5 regarding failed Charging Sessions, duplicate payments, incorrectly processed transactions, unauthorized transactions, technical charging failures or other legitimate billing disputes.
TERRAPLUG5 may investigate the transaction before processing a refund.
Where a refund is approved, TERRAPLUG5 may process it through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.
Refunds may be subject to transaction verification, payment-gateway processing, bank processing, pending transactions, outstanding amounts, fraud checks, chargeback procedures and applicable law.
Promotional credits, discounts, bonuses or complimentary balances may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for charging interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including electricity supply interruption, grid failure, utility restrictions, vehicle malfunction, vehicle software, incompatible vehicles, damaged charging ports, network or telecommunications failures, third-party equipment, third-party payment systems, site infrastructure, unauthorized interference, force majeure events or other circumstances outside TERRAPLUG5’s reasonable control.
Where a charging transaction is affected by a technical problem, TERRAPLUG5 may review the transaction records and make appropriate billing adjustments where reasonably justified.
The TERRAPLUG5 Platform may provide access to Charging Stations owned, operated or maintained by third parties.
Such stations may be subject to additional pricing, access rules, operating conditions, parking restrictions, technical limitations, refund policies and third-party terms.
TERRAPLUG5 may rely on information supplied by third-party charging operators and does not guarantee the accuracy or continuous availability of third-party Services.
TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, failures or negligence of independent third- party operators except to the extent liability is imposed on TERRAPLUG5 under applicable law.
Where TERRAPLUG5 sells or supplies EV chargers or related equipment, product specifications, features, configurations, dimensions, materials, finishes, colours, markings, labels, accessories and other characteristics may vary according to the applicable manufacturer, model, configuration, production batch, technical requirements, availability of components or order.
Images, photographs, illustrations, renderings, graphics, product designs and other visual representations of Hardware displayed on the TERRAPLUG5 website, App, marketing materials or other Platform are for illustrative and reference purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. The actual Hardware supplied may differ in design, appearance, dimensions, colour, finish, configuration, branding, markings, component arrangement or other visual or physical characteristics from the images or representations displayed on the Platform.
Such visual or design variations shall not, by themselves, constitute a defect, breach or non- conformity where the Hardware supplied materially conforms to the applicable agreed technical specifications, functional requirements and commercial terms.
TERRAPLUG5 may modify or update the design, appearance, components, configuration, materials or specifications of its Hardware from time to time due to manufacturing requirements, technological developments, availability of components, safety requirements, regulatory requirements, supplier changes, product improvements or other legitimate business or operational reasons.
Any material technical specification expressly agreed in writing with the Customer shall prevail over general website descriptions or illustrative images.
The applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, product documentation or other written commercial agreement shall govern the specific Hardware purchased or supplied.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, accessories, civil work, electrical infrastructure, transportation, installation, commissioning, networking and maintenance may be charged separately.
Where a specific component, part, material, software component or accessory becomes unavailable, obsolete, discontinued or commercially impractical to procure, TERRAPLUG5 may use an equivalent or improved component where reasonably necessary, provided that such substitution does not materially reduce the agreed functional specifications of the Hardware.
Where a proposed substitution would materially affect an expressly agreed specification, TERRAPLUG5 shall communicate the change where required under the applicable commercial agreement.
Minor changes that do not materially affect functionality, safety, performance or agreed specifications shall not constitute a defect solely because the product differs from an earlier website image, prototype, rendering or marketing representation.
Where Hardware is supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty or TERRAPLUG5 warranty, the applicable warranty terms shall govern.
Warranty coverage may be subject to proper installation, intended use, manufacturer instructions, authorized servicing, environmental conditions, electrical conditions, maintenance requirements and other applicable warranty conditions.
Warranty may not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, physical damage, vandalism, electrical abnormalities, improper installation by unauthorized persons, accidents, negligence, environmental damage, use outside specifications or other exclusions stated in the applicable warranty.
Where the Customer purchases third-party equipment, the manufacturer’s warranty may apply directly.
The appearance or design of Hardware differing from images or visual representations displayed on the TERRAPLUG5 Platform shall not affect warranty coverage where the supplied Hardware conforms to the applicable agreed technical specifications and intended functionality.
Installation, AMC, O&M, subscription, managed charging and other business Services may be governed by separate commercial agreements.
Where a separate agreement exists, its specific commercial terms shall apply to the relevant Service.
Such agreements may specify scope of work, service levels, response times, maintenance responsibilities, spare parts, exclusions, pricing, taxes, contract duration, renewal, termination, ownership and liability.
Where a Customer requests work outside the agreed scope, TERRAPLUG5 may charge additional fees after communicating the applicable scope and charges.
Users must follow all safety instructions.
Users must not use visibly damaged charging equipment, tamper with Charging Stations, open electrical equipment, perform unauthorized repairs, bypass safety systems, use unauthorized connectors or adapters, use damaged cables, interfere with electrical protection equipment, obstruct emergency access, charge a vehicle in an unsafe condition or allow unauthorized persons to interfere with charging equipment.
Users must immediately stop charging and report a suspected safety issue where continued use may create a risk.
TERRAPLUG5 may immediately suspend a Charging Station where it reasonably believes continued operation may create a safety risk.
Charging spaces may be located on private or public property and may be subject to site-specific parking rules.
Use of a charging space does not necessarily create a right to occupy the parking space for any period beyond the permitted charging or parking conditions.
Users must comply with applicable parking rules, property rules, RWA or society rules, office rules, fleet rules, security procedures and instructions of the Site Host.
Any parking, towing, access or related charges imposed by the property owner or operator may be separate from TERRAPLUG5 charging charges.
TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for disputes between users and property owners, RWAs, parking operators or other Site Hosts concerning parking rights, parking violations or site access, except to the extent required by applicable law.
A Customer or Site Host shall be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to proof, for damage to TERRAPLUG5-owned or managed Hardware caused by the Customer’s, Site Host’s or their respective personnel’s, agents’ or authorized users’ negligent, fraudulent, unauthorized or intentional acts or omissions.
This may include damage caused by unauthorized relocation, dismantling, tampering, electrical modification, physical impact, vandalism or unauthorized repair.
TERRAPLUG5 may recover reasonable repair, replacement, transportation and related costs where legally recoverable.
You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes, provide false or misleading information, use another person’s account without authorization, attempt to bypass payment mechanisms, manipulate charging transactions, interfere with Charging Station operation, reverse engineer or decompile the Platform, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically extract Platform data without authorization, attempt unauthorized access to TERRAPLUG5 systems, damage or vandalize Charging Stations, use a charger outside its specifications, interfere with another customer’s Charging Session, resell access without authorization, misuse promotional offers, conduct fraudulent transactions, impersonate TERRAPLUG5 or its representatives, infringe intellectual property rights, use the Platform to violate another person’s rights or engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Services.
All intellectual property associated with TERRAPLUG5, including trademarks, logos, brand names, software, applications, website content, designs, graphics, databases, documentation, source code, user interfaces, processes, systems, proprietary technology and other materials, are owned by or licensed to TERRAPLUG5 unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, TERRAPLUG5 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.
You must not copy the Platform, reproduce proprietary content, modify the software, reverse engineer, create derivative works, commercially exploit the Platform without authorization, remove proprietary notices or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to underlying systems.
If you provide suggestions, recommendations, ideas, reviews or other feedback concerning TERRAPLUG5, you agree that TERRAPLUG5 may use such feedback for legitimate business, product- development and Service-improvement purposes without owing compensation, subject to applicable law.
You should not provide confidential information through feedback unless specifically requested.
TERRAPLUG5 attempts to maintain accurate information but does not guarantee that all Platform information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Information may occasionally contain typographical errors, pricing errors, technical errors, availability errors, product specification errors, location errors or other inaccuracies.
TERRAPLUG5 may correct, update or modify information and, where appropriate, cancel or adjust affected transactions subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TERRAPLUG5 may update, correct, modify, standardize, supplement, reconcile or otherwise process information maintained on the Platform where reasonably necessary for providing or improving Services, maintaining accurate account and transaction records, charging and payment processing, correcting technical, administrative or operational errors, preventing fraud or misuse, maintaining charging-network and equipment records, legal, tax, accounting or regulatory compliance, enforcing contractual rights and obligations, or maintaining the security, integrity and functionality of the Platform.
Where such information constitutes personal data, any processing shall be carried out only to the extent permitted by applicable law and on an applicable lawful basis.
TERRAPLUG5 may make non-material administrative, technical or operational corrections without obtaining separate consent where such consent is not legally required.
Where applicable law requires consent or additional notice, TERRAPLUG5 will obtain or provide such consent or notice.
TERRAPLUG5 may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace or introduce Services, features, Charging Stations, pricing structures, Wallet functionality, payment methods or Platform features.
Such changes may be necessary because of technical developments, business requirements, security requirements, regulatory requirements, supplier changes, network changes, operational requirements or other legitimate reasons.
Where applicable law requires notice or consent, TERRAPLUG5 will comply with the relevant requirement.
Use of TERRAPLUG5 Services is also governed by the TERRAPLUG5 Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how TERRAPLUG5 collects, uses, stores, shares, protects and otherwise processes information.
You acknowledge that certain information may be necessary to provide account services, charging services, payment processing, location-based services, customer support, fraud prevention, security, maintenance, legal compliance and other Services.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall contractual framework between you and TERRAPLUG5 to the extent permitted by law.
TERRAPLUG5 may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary due to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, non-payment, misuse, security concerns, safety concerns, legal requirements, regulatory directions, technical reasons, abuse of promotional schemes or other legitimate operational reasons.
A Site Host or business Customer may also be subject to termination provisions contained in its separate commercial agreement.
Termination shall not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination. Outstanding payment obligations shall survive termination.
Where a Charging Station is owned by TERRAPLUG5 or is otherwise subject to a commercial arrangement requiring its removal, TERRAPLUG5 may remove, relocate, replace or decommission the Charging Station where reasonably necessary due to termination, safety concerns, technical requirements, property restrictions, non-payment, site changes, regulatory requirements, equipment replacement or other legitimate reasons.
Where removal or relocation is requested by a Customer or Site Host, applicable transportation, labour, civil restoration, electrical disconnection, reinstallation and other charges may apply unless otherwise agreed.
The Customer or Site Host shall provide reasonable access necessary for removal, relocation or decommissioning.
Upon termination or closure, access to the account may cease, charging access may be disabled, outstanding amounts may become payable, promotional balances may expire where permitted, transaction records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, and other rights that by their nature should survive termination shall continue.
Any Wallet balance, refund or outstanding amount shall be handled in accordance with applicable law, the nature of the balance and the applicable transaction terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
TERRAPLUG5 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, every Charging Station will always be operational, charging will always occur at a particular speed, charging will always complete successfully, GPS or location information will always be accurate, third-party Services will always be available, or the Platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
TERRAPLUG5 does not guarantee that a Charging Station will provide a particular charging speed or charging time where such performance depends on vehicle characteristics, battery condition, temperature, battery-management systems, electrical supply, grid conditions, charger configuration or other factors outside TERRAPLUG5’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TERRAPLUG5 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings, arising from use of the Services.
TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for losses arising from matters outside its reasonable control, including utility failures, third-party payment systems, telecommunications failures, vehicle malfunction, third-party equipment, site infrastructure or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TERRAPLUG5’s aggregate liability arising from a particular Service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the affected Customer to TERRAPLUG5 for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the applicable period, unless a different limitation is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TERRAPLUG5, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and authorized service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, misuse of Charging Stations, damage caused by your acts or omissions, unauthorized account use attributable to you, violation of another person’s rights, fraudulent activity, violation of applicable law, unauthorized modification or use of equipment, or claims arising from information or content supplied by you.
This clause shall not apply to the extent a claim results from TERRAPLUG5’s own liability that cannot legally be transferred to the Customer.
TERRAPLUG5 shall not be responsible for delay, interruption or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government action, regulatory restrictions, utility failures, grid failures, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure, labour disruptions, supply-chain disruption, equipment shortages, epidemics or pandemics or other events beyond reasonable control.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, maps, navigation services, charging networks, manufacturers, software providers or other services.
TERRAPLUG5 does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies or performance except where required by law.
Use of third-party Services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
By using TERRAPLUG5 Services, you agree that TERRAPLUG5 may communicate with you electronically through email, application notifications, SMS, website notifications, transactional messages or other electronic means.

TERRAPLUG5 may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by TERRAPLUG5 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
You may not transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without TERRAPLUG5’s prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, work order, MOU, service agreement, installation agreement, warranty document or other expressly applicable commercial terms, constitute the agreement governing the relevant Services.
Where a separate written commercial agreement specifically governs a particular Service, the specific commercial agreement shall prevail over these general Terms to the extent of any direct inconsistency.
Product images, website descriptions, advertisements, marketing material and general promotional content shall not override an expressly agreed written technical specification, quotation, purchase order or commercial agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the registered office of Terraplug Green Private Limited shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
